The following text sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Lyric Assessor website, thelyricassessor.com.

This site, thelyricassessor.com, is bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This act sets out the principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Collection of Information

As per common practice for web servers, certain data is logged by the internet service provider. Data logged includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp. Search terms may also be monitored. There is no direct link between the data collected in this manner and your personal identity.

If you send an email to an email address on the thelyricassessor.com website, the information contained in the email will be collected by us. This information is held securely and cannot be accessed by anyone without password access to our server. We hold this information in order to respond to your email if you have requested us to do so.

Lyrics uploaded to the site for analysis are not stored.
